Bar Accommodations ....
o Cash Bar - Guest pay for their own drinks
o
Open Bar - All drinks paid for by the person hosting the function.
o Limited Bar - Open Bar for
a designated period of time or a set dollar amount. When the
predetermined
time or dollar amount is reached the bar reverts to a Cash Bar.
o Ticket Bar - Host(ess) gives tickets to
their guests to be redeemed for beverages. The total of
the ticketed drinks
will be presented for payment at the end of the function.

Time
Limit ....
There is a five hour time limit on all functions except when the, Breakfast, Luncheon, or Light
Buffet
Menus are served, then it is a four hour time limit. Additional time is available at a rate of
$1.50
per person, per hour with a minimum of $100.00.
Rehearsal Ceremony ....
There is a Rehearsal charge of $60.00
per hour, minimum of one hour.
Table Setting ....
We seat ten people at a table, if you would like eight people per
table there is a $1.00 per person
additional charge.
